Educational Qualification

• Degree in Homoeopathy (BHMS) from a recognized University/State Board/Council.
• Valid registration in the Central Register or State Register of Homoeopathy.

• Maximum Age: 35 years as on the date of interview.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules.

Contract Period

The appointment is initially for two years and may be renewed every year based on satisfactory performance and mutual acceptance.

• Time: 10:00 AM
• Reporting Time: Two hours before the interview for document verification.
• Venue: Chamber of the Dean, ESIC Model Hospital, Beltola, Guwahati – 781022, Assam.

• Two recent passport-size photographs.
• Original certificates with two sets of self-attested photocopies.
• Age proof.
• Educational qualification certificates.
• Valid Homoeopathy Registration Certificate.
• Caste/EWS certificate (if applicable).
• No Objection Certificate (if employed).
• Experience certificate (if any).

Important Instructions

• The engagement is purely contractual.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
• Selected candidates must deposit a refundable security amount of ₹30,000.
