Registration Fees:

• Under Graduate Students: Rs.750 /-
• Post Graduate Students/Research scholars: Rs.1,500 /-
• Medical Officers /Faculties/Research Officers/Private Siddha Practitioners: Rs.2,000 /-
• Spot registration (Subject to availability): Rs.2,500 /-

Registration fees can be paid through Demand Draft/IOB Challan at University Campus. DD in favour of "The Registrar, The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University" payable at Chennai

Guidelines for Abstract and Paper submission:

Guidelines for Poster Presentation:

• All Abstracts must be in English
• Abstracts shall be in MS word, font size-12,Times New Roman,Text should be 1.5 space and justified
• Title should be within 15 words in bold font
• Name and Affiliation of the Author with contact details along with Email ID of Presenting Author
• Abstract must be within 250 words
• Mode of Presentation (Oral/Poster) must be mentioned

Preferred structure of the Abstract:

• Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion and Five key words

Guidelines for Poster Presentation:

• Dimensions: 120 cm (Height) x 90 cm (Width)
• Orientation: Portrait
• Language: Tamil/ English
• Poster Title Font: Arial Bold, Font Size: 25
• Poster Body Text: Arial, Size 20, Single space
• Pictures, Graphs to be used wherever needed to enhance the appearance
• The poster should contain the important aspects of the research work
