Educational Qualification
Applicants must possess a regular MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, B.Sc. Nursing or BHM degree along with a two-year full-time MHA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Hospital Management/Public Health.
Experience Required
- Two years of post-qualification experience after postgraduate qualification.
- At least two years of post-qualification experience in implementing and managing NQAS certification at the State or National level.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Specialization in Hospital Management is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support national-level assessments of public health facilities.
- Monitor quality certification activities and timelines.
- Coordinate external assessor training and manage assessor panels.
- Analyse assessment data and track results and certificate preparation.
- Prepare certification guidelines and resource materials.
