Applicants should submit the prescribed application form along with self-attested copies of all documents/testimonials and a recent passport-size photograph at the time of registration.
Candidates must bring the necessary original certificates and documents on the day of the interview.
Registration will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM.
Candidates arriving after 10:30 AM will not be entertained.
Preference will be given to successful candidates residing within the area covered by the respective PHC/CHC.
No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
