Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess:

1. Post Graduate Degree in Homoeopathy included in the Second Schedule of the HCC Act, 1973. Preference shall be given to candidates holding a Homoeopathic Post Graduate qualification in the concerned subject.
2. Registration with the Central/State Board of Homoeopathy.

Desirable Qualifications

• Publication and research experience
• Working knowledge of computers

Age Limit

The upper age limit is 45 years as on the date of interview. For retired persons, the upper age limit is 63 years.

Job Responsibilities

The selected Assistant Professor will be required to:

• Act as a guide for PGTs as per the MSR of NCH (erstwhile CCH).
• Provide patient care to OPD and IPD patients.
• Conduct theoretical, clinical and practical classes for UG and PG students.
• Conduct seminars, journal clubs and related academic activities.
• Undertake other assignments entrusted by the Competent Authority from time to time.

Terms and Conditions

• The appointment will be purely on a contractual basis and will not confer any right to regular appointment.
• Government of India reservation policy will be followed as per applicable rules.
• No allowances other than the consolidated remuneration will be paid.
• The contract may be terminated at any time without assigning any reason.
• Contractual teachers will normally be required to work from Monday to Saturday and may be called on Sundays or holidays in case of urgency.
• Attendance through AEBAS is mandatory, failing which deduction of remuneration may be made.
• Paid leave may be allowed at the rate of 1.5 days for each completed month of service.
