Positions & Eligibility

1. Mental Health Professional – 1 Position

• Psychiatrist possessing a postgraduate degree or diploma.
• Clinical Psychologist / Mental Health Nurse / Psychiatric Social Worker registered with the concerned State Authority under Section 55 of MHCA.
• Postgraduate degree in Ayurveda in Mano Vigyan Avum Manas Roga.
• Postgraduate degree in Homoeopathy in Psychiatry.
• Postgraduate degree in Unani in Moalijat (Nafasiyatt).
• Postgraduate degree in Siddha in Sirappu Muruthuvam.
• 15 years of experience in the mental health field.

Documents Required

• Educational qualification certificates.
• Undertaking stating experience in mental health work/field, psychiatric counselling and treatment.
• Details of experience along with documentary proof.

The Application / Letter of Expression (LOE) should be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Mental Health Branch, Directorate of Health Services, Papu Village, Naharlagun.

Remuneration

Remuneration / honorarium will be provided as defined in the SMHA Rules.

Selection Process
