Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any of the following regular full-time qualifications:
- MBBS
- BDS
- AYUSH Degree
- MD
- MPH
- PhD
- MBA (Health Management / Health Administration)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Health Management
For the Senior Consultant – Community Processes post, the following additional qualifications are also accepted:
- Master of Social Work (Medical Social Work)
- MBA in Rural Management (Health & WASH Specialization)
Only regular full-time qualifications are accepted. Distance education, online courses, executive programmes, certificates and correspondence qualifications will not be considered.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in Public Health, Community Health or Health Systems.
- Experience in policy implementation, research, capacity building and programme management.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research.
- Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based research.
- Grassroot public health experience is desirable.
Additional requirement for Community Processes post:
- More than 5 years of experience in Community Processes and Health Systems at State or Central Government level.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 50 Years
Salary
The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration ranging from ₹90,000 to ₹1,50,000, depending upon qualification and experience.

Candidates must secure at least 70% marks in the written test to qualify. If a large number of candidates qualify, shortlisting will be done in a ratio of 1:5.
