Essential Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Sciences such as MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS or equivalent qualification.
• Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in Public Health, Community Medicine, Epidemiology, Health Care Management, Health Administration, Clinical Research, Population Sciences, or related disciplines.

Experience Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in disease surveillance, public health epidemiology, public health research, or related fields.
• Experience under NACP at National or State level is desirable.

Desirable Skills

• Scientific paper and report writing.
• Systematic review experience.
• Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Working knowledge of Biostatistics, Statistical Packages, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Age Limit

Maximum age: 45 years. Age relaxation will be applicable as per ICMR guidelines.

Salary: Rs. 1,20,900/-

Key Responsibilities

• Support surveillance and epidemiological activities under NACO and ICMR-NIRDH.
• Conduct epidemiological investigations and field activities.
• Provide technical support to State AIDS Control Societies.
• Assist in implementation and monitoring of surveillance programs.
• Undertake field visits and coordinate with concerned agencies.
• Perform other surveillance and epidemiology-related assignments as required.
