Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS / M.Pharma / BAMS / BHMS / BNYS / BUMS / B.Sc. Nursing or any related degree from a recognized university with three (3) years of post-qualification experience in clinical research coordination at a unit managing healthy volunteer studies.

Job Role

• Coordinate with sponsors for study activities and timelines

• Liaise with ethics committees and ensure approvals before study start

• Ensure proper informed consent process

• Maintain accurate data, documentation, and records as per CDSCO/ICH guidelines

• Manage volunteer recruitment and scheduling

• Coordinate team activities, training, and resource management

• Work closely with the study team for smooth execution
