ICMR – National Institute of Nutrition (NIN), Hyderabad has released an official notification inviting applications for the posts of Consultant (Scientific / Technical - Non-Medical) and Young Professional-II (Administration)

Post Details

1. Consultant (Scientific / Technical - Non-Medical)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Salary: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,80,000/month
• Age Limit: 40–70 years

Essential Qualification

• M.Sc / B.Tech / BE / MCA / MPH / B.Pharm / BAMS / BSMS / MD (AYUSH) or equivalent in Public Health/Health Services
• Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience

Desirable

• Experience in Public Health Nutrition
• Knowledge of diet surveys, anthropometry
• Experience in community-based projects
• Willingness to travel across India

2. Young Professional-II (Administration)

• No. of Posts: 01
• Salary: ₹42,000/month (fixed)
• Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Essential Qualification

• Postgraduate degree (minimum 55% marks)
• Minimum 1 year experience in administration

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with IT tools and virtual platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative work
• Maintain official records and documents
• Draft letters, emails, and reports
• Support daily office operations
