272 Homoeopathic Medical Officer Vacancy in Uttar Pradesh PSC

Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) invites applications from eligible candidates for following posts

1. Chikitsa Adhikari (Homoeopathic) - 07 posts (UR - 06, SC - 01)

2. Homoeopathic Medical Officer - 265 posts (UR – 108, SC – 55, ST – 05, OBC – 71, EWS – 26)

Nature of Post: Group-B, Gazetted 

Pay Scale: Level-10, Rs. 56100 -177500 /- 

Age Limit: 21 year to 40 year (Age relaxation is permissible as per rules.)

Qualifications:

(A) Essential Qualification:

(1) A recognised degree in Homoeopathy, the duration of study of which is not less than five years according to its syllabus or course.

or

A recognised Diploma in Homoeopathy, the duration of study of which is not less than four years according to its syllabus or course. 

(II) The applicant should be duly registered with the Homoeopathic Medicine Board, Uttar Pradesh.

(B) Preferential Qualification: A candidate who has

(i) served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years;

or

(ii) Obtained a 'B' certificate of National Cadet Corps shall, other things being equal, be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment.
