Homoeopathy Physician Job in ESIC Model Hospital, Assam

ESIC Model Hospital, Beltola, Assam invites eligible candidates for walk in interview for the following post

Name of the Post: Homoeopathy Physician

Duration: 01 (One) year which may be extended on yearly basis for another 02 (Two) years subject to satisfactory service and requirement or until the post is filled up on regular basis, whichever is earlier.

Educational Qualification:

(i) Degree in Homeopathy of a Recognized University/Statutory State Board/Council or equivalent recognized under the Homeopathic Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973)

(ii)Enrollment on the Central Register of Homeopathy Or a State Register of Homeopathy.

Age: Not exceeding 30 years as on 18-06-2019

(Relaxation upto 5 years for regular Employees of State Insurance Corporation and Govt. servant in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government). (Relaxation as per rule for SC/ST/OBC).

Emolument: Rs. 50, 000/- per month

Working Hours: 05 hours per day and six

davs a week

Position is subject to medical fitness and fulfillment of other conditions and the same will be intimated at the time of posting.

The candidates will have no right whatsoever for regularization of his/her services in ESIC/ESIC Model Hospital

Documents to be submitted:

1. Application form duly completed in all respects

2. 02 (Two) copies of recent passport size photograph.

3. 02 (Two) sets of self attested copies of the following documents along with the originals for verification.

(a) Proof of Date of Birth.

(b) SSC/10h Standard Certificate or equivalent.

(c) Certificates of qualifications.

(d) Registration with the concerned Medical Council and State Government Registration

(e) Caste Certificate.

(f) Experience Certificate.
