Ayush Medical Officer and Epidemiologist Vacany in DHFWS, Haryana

District Health & Family Welfare Society, Hisar, Haryana invites application for filling up of following posts under various schemes of NHM Programme on contract basis

1. Ayush Medical Officer (Under RBSK Scheme)

No. of Posts: 

Male    -3(UR PwD-1, UR ESM-1, SC-1)

Female-1(UR Pwd)

Entry level Pay: Rs. 18,750 /- per month

Qualification:

For Ayurveda Medical Officer

(i) A degree in Ayurveda System of Medicines from any university/ Institution recognized by the Government.

(ii) Registered with Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of medicine in Haryana

(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

For Unani Medical Officer

(i) A degree in Unani/ Tibbia from any university/Institution recognized by the Government.

(ii) Registered with Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of medicine in Haryana(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

For Homoeopathy Medical Officer

(i) A degree in Homeopathy from the institute mentioned in second & third schedule of Homoeopathy Central Council Act 1973.

(ii) Registered with State /Central Council of Homoeopathy System of Medicine Haryana Panchkula.

(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

For Yoga

(i) A degree in BNYS from any university/Institution established by law and recognized by Government.

(ii) Registered with Board of Ayurveda and Unani System of medicine in Haryana.

(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

For Siddha Medical Officer

(i) B.S.M.S Siddha Medicine and Surgery from any university/Institution established by law and recognized by Government.

(ii) Registered by Central council of Indian Medicine (CCIM)

(iii) Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience.

(iv) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric.

2. Epidemiologist (Under IDSP Scheme)

No. Of Posts: 1 (UR)

Entry level Pay: Rs. 20,280 /- per month

Qualification:

(i) Medical Graduate (MBBS) with Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Preventive and Social Medical/Public Health OR Epidemiology OR (Such as MD, MPH, DPH, MAE etc) OR and Medical Graduate (MBBS) with 3 Years experience in Epidemiology/Public health OR M.Sc. (Epidemiology) with 2 Years experience in Public Health OR BAMS/BDS/BHMS with MPH OR Any Graduate with MPH

(ii) Hindi /Sanskrit up to Matric.

Date of Test and Interview: 12-07-2019 (8.30 am)

Venue: District Health & Family Welfare Society(in the premises of Civil Hospital Hisar)

Application form can be submitted in O/o Dy Civil Surgeon (NHM), Hisar on any working day till 27-06-2019 at 4.00 pm with Demand Draft (DD) for Rs 200/- per form in case of General Category and Rs.100/- in other reserved categories in favor of “Chairman, District Health and Family welfare Society REC”payable at Hisar which will be non refundable. No Cheque or cash will be accepted. Candidate will mention the name, father’s name and category (Gen/SC/BCA/BCB/EWS etc) and name of post on the back side of Bank Demand Draft. Demand draft must be between the date of advt. and date of interview.
