MD Homoeopathy Spot Admission 2018-19 in NHRIMH, Kottayam
Spot Admission to MD Homoeopathy Courses for the year 2018-19 in the National Homoeopathy Research Institute In Mental Health (NHRIMH)-Kottayam will be conducted at 9.00 am on 29-10-2018 (Monday) at TJM Hall, LMS Compound, Palayam, Thiruvananthapuram.
Eligibility for Admission:
b) Academic Eligibility: Candidates who have passed the BHMS Degree (Direct/Graded) or its equivalent, declared there to, by the Central Council of Homoeopathy. Candidates who have completed one year of internship on or before the date of counseling for allotment alone are eligible for admission subject to the condition that they should produce the Registration Certificate from the State Board/Council at the time of counseling for allotment.
c) Age: The candidates otherwise eligible for admission should not be more than 45 years as on the first day of January of this year subject to relaxation to a maximum of five years in the case of SC/ST candidates.
Mode of Selection: The Selection of the candidates shall be made on the basis of the Qualifying marks in AIAPGET /2018. All candidates seeking admission to the course should produce an application along with Certificates/Documents mentioned in clause 6.5 of the prospectus at the time of counseling. The incomplete applications will be summarily rejected. Candidates may go through the various provisions of the Prospectus for admission to PG Homoeo courses 2018 at NHRIMH, Kottayam is available in the Official website of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations www.cee-kerala.org and in the website of Central Council Research in Homoeopathy (CCRH), New Delhi http://www.ccrhindia.nic.in before appearing for counseling.
Spot Admission:
The candidates should produce the following documents as stated in clause 6.5 and fees as stated in Section 9 of the prospectus.
1. (a) Admission fee in the form of crossed demand draft of Rs.47,400/- (Rupees forty seven thousand four hundred only) in favor of ‘Director General, CCRH’ payable at New Delhi.
(b) University fee in the form of crossed demand draft of Rs.3,500 (Rupees three thousand five hundred only) drawn in favor of ‘Registrar, Kerala University of Health Sciences, payable at Thrissur.
2. Notarized bond for Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) in prescribed format in non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only).
3. Undertaking by student and parent.
4. Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe Certificate if applicable, from Competent Authority. The name of the caste/ tribe must be included in the Central list of Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe.
5. OBC Community Certificate, if applicable, from Competent Authority, issued after 31.3.2018. The name of the Community must be included in the Central list of Other Backward Communities.
6. The candidates belonging to OBC Community.
7. Downloaded copy of Confirmation page, Admit Card and Result page of All India AYUSH PG Entrance Test 2018 (AIAPGET 2018) held on 24thJune, 2018 (Score card of AIAPGET /2018).
8. AADHAR CARD
9. Nationality Certificates or Photocopy of the valid Passport/ Domicile Certificate / Birth Certificate duly attested by Dean/Principal of previous institution attended.
10. Admit Card/selection letter issued by the concerned authority
11. X th standard pass certificate.(proof of date of birth)
12. XII th standard Pass certificate.
13. Conduct Certificate from the head of the institution last attended.
14. Transfer (CollegeLeaving) Certificate from the institution last attended.
15. All Mark sheets of the qualifying examination.
16. Passing/Degree Certificate of qualifying examinations.
17. Internship Completion Certificate issued on or before 15th September, 2018.
18. Attempt Certificates of allexamination from head of the institution last attended.
19. Valid Registration Certificate from the State/ Central Council of Homoeopathy. A candidate, having valid registration certificate other than the Travancore – Cochin Council of Homoeopathic Medicine shall have to obtain permission to practice in the State of Kerala from the Kerala State Council of Homoeopathic Medicine within three months of admission.
20. Migration Certificate issued by the respective University, (if applicable).
21. Self Educational GAP Affidavit, by student (applicable if the GAP is more than six months after completion of qualifying degree).

23. Four recent passport size (3.5 cm X 4.5 cm) colored photographs and four stamp size photographs all duly attested, Polaroid and computer generated photographs are not acceptable.
24. The proforma of all the above certificates are available in the prospectus as Annexure.
25. Candidates already in Government Service selected to MD (Hom) courses at NHRIMH shall have to apply for study leave and are required to produce the orders where in such leaves has been sanctioned to them, from the competent authority to the Principal, NHRIMH at the time of admission.
