Qualification:
Essential: 
(A) EDUCATIONAL: 

1. Degree in Homeopathy of a recognised University or Statutory State Board/ Council of equivalent recognized under the Homeopathy Central Council Act, 1973 (59 of 1973). 
2. Enrolment on State Register or Central Register of Homeopathy. 

Duties: 

• Provide comprehensive homoeopathic medical care, preventive and curative to the patients;            
• After examination of a patient, the General Duty Medical Officer will record symptoms and findings in brief, investigation done, diagnosis and the treatment prescribed on the OPD ticket; 
• The Officer will carry out such other duties as may be assigned by the Directorate from time to time. 

Pay Scale: PB-3 i.e. Rs.15, 600-39,100 with Grade Pay Rs.5400/- +N.P.A as admissible.

Application Fee:

1. Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five) only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using net banking facility of the SBI or by using visa/master credit/debit card.
2. No fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community. No "fee exemption" is available to OBC male candidates and they are required to pay the full prescribed fee.
3. Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection would be entertained.

The last date for printing of completely submitted online application: 23:59 hrs on 17.03.2017

Date for the interview on which the shortlisted candidate is required to bring the printout of his/her online application alongwith other documents at upsc shall be intimated separately.
