Ayurveda Medical Officer Vacancy in DHS, Andaman

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the following post in the Directorate of Health Services, Andaman and Nicobar, purely on short time Contract Basis for a period of six months or till filling up of the Post on regular Basis whichever is earlier

Qualification: 

Essential

1. A Degree in Ayurveda of Recognized University / Statutory State board/ Council/Faculty of Indian Medicine recognized under the Indian Medical Central Council Act, 1970 (48 of 1970).
2. Registration on the Central Register or State Register of Indian Medicine.

Desirable: At least one year experience.

Age: Not more than 35 years

Consolidated Pay Per Month: 

• Rs. 80,000/- (Municipal & outside Municipal area South Andaman District)
• Rs. 81000/- (North & Middle Andaman District)
• Rs. 85000/- ( Nicobar group of Islands including Hut Bay)

Terms & Conditions for appointment: 

• They will have to work in any part of A & N Islands wherever there is a health institution of this Directorate.
• The payment will be made as per the remuneration for contract doctors fixed by the Administration from time to time.
• They will not be allowed to do private practice during their engagement with this Directorate.
