What is Medical Coding?
- Conversion of the diagnosis (Dx) and procedures (Px) available in the medical records into standardized codes using ICD 9 CM, CPT and HCPCS code books for reimbursement. The code format can be numeric and alpha numeric as available in the code books.
Eligibility: MPT/BHMS/BAMS/BSMS/BUMS/BDS/MBBS

Typical Requirements for a Medical Coding Job:
- Strong knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Computer Skills
- Graduation from an accredited training program
Salary range: ₨ 1,00,000 - ₨ 2,50,000 per annum (Gross Pay) Bonus & incentives as per corporate standards
Timing: Full time
