Mediassist India is looking for Doctors (Claims)

Educational Qualification : MBBS/BAMS/BHMS

Salary Range : Rs.10,000 - 15,000 Per month

Job Description

• Domestic claim processing
• Processing and approving claims with Medical opinion online
• Examine claim forms and records to determine the coverage in the insurance policy statements
• Consult and coordinate with Doctors and Pre-auth Enrolment Department to process the claims.
• Processing cashless and Reimbursement case
• Follow-up with Accounts Department for on time delivery of cash to claimant
• Verify the hospital details, policy conditions, history of the ailment and scrutinize all relevant documents submitted and to get medical opinion from the doctors.
• Review, examine and calculate the eligible amount as per the policy condition.
• Ensure claims of valid settlements are made according to the company practice and procedures.
• Handling customers' grievances
• Forward processed claims to respective for further action
• Preparing data of Shortfall file in excel
• File Management and Reports
• MIS Reporting
