Name of the Post: Ayurveda Physician
No. of Post:1 (Contract for a period of six months)
Qualification: BAMS/MD (Ayurveda)
Age: Not more than 35 years as on 05-11-2014. Relaxation for reserved categories as per rules.
Salary: Rs.15,000 per month (Consolidated)
Duties: To work for 5 hours a day (9am - 2pm), Six days a week.

Udyogamandal,
Ernakulam, Kerala.
along with the application in the prescribed proforma, and all original documents, and xerox copies with two recent passport size photographs.
Application Fee: Rs.250/- for general/OBC, Rs.50/- for SC/ST candidates by way of DD in favour of ESI Fund Account No.1 payable at SBI, Kalamassery. Female applicants are exempted from Application Fee.
