CCIM Team Inspects Palayamkottai Siddha Medical College

A three-member team from Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM) inspected Government Siddha Medical College here on 23-02-2016 to ascertain if the 50-year-old institution has got adequate infrastructure for educating undergraduate and postgraduate students to be admitted next academic year.

IISc’s and Vinayaka Mission's Homoeopathic College prove Homoeo Dilutions contain Nanoparticles

Indian Institute of Science’s Centre for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE) along with the Vinayaka  Mission's Homoeopathic Medical College, Salem have proved that homoeopathy dilutions contain nanoparticles. The researchers are hoping that with this finding, homoeopathic dilutions may well be considered as  a nanomedicine. 
The study by Dr.E.S.Rajendran, director of Vinayaka  Mission's Homoeopathic Medical College, Salem, done at the Centre for Nano Science and Engineering (CeNSE), Indian Institute of Science, has conclusively proved that homoeopathy dilutions contain nanoparticles.

Cabinet Approves Amendment of Homoeopathy Central Council Act

Inspection Team of CCH is dissatisfied with Homoeopathy College in Berhampur

Pratap Kumar Pal, member of the Central Council for Homoeopathy (CCH) inspected the Biju Patnaik Homoeopathy College and Hospital in Berhampur to affiliate it for the next year.
Inspector of CCH Pratap Kumar Pal, however, was not satisfied with the educational facilities provided in the college and even contemplated on cancelling its affiliation with the Berhampur University.

Fifth Anniversary of Seethalayam celebrates Success of Homoeopathy Treatment

Thiruvananthapuram: The fifth anniversary celebrations of ‘Seethalayam’, a project focusing on women’s health and infertility problems at Government Homoeo Hospital, East Fort, had three chief guests. Amaljith, Greeshma and Niharika, three of the 26 successful cases at the hospital’s infertility clinic, were too young to notice that they were being received like royalty on Thursday. 

In the two years since its establishment, the infertility clinic has treated 260 patients, of which there were 26 reported pregnancies and eight child births. 

CCH wants State Councils to cancel registration of homoeopaths practising allopathy

The Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH) has asked all its state councils in the country to cancel registration of homoeopaths who practise allopathy.

"The CCH had issued a notice stating that Homoeopathic Practitioners (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Code of Ethics) Regulations, 1982, have been amended as notified in the official gazette dated July 12, 2014, which is required to be strictly adhered to by all registered practitioners under HCC Act of 1973," CCH President Dr.Ramjee Singh told PTI here today on the sidelines of a national seminar on homoeopathy held in the city.
